1 Acceptance of Terms of Use

This Terms and Conditions document ("Terms") constitutes a legally binding agreement between you ("Member" or "User") and bankbank2 ("Company", "we", or "Platform"). These Terms govern your use of all services, content, features, and functionality available through the bankbank2.vu website and the bankbank2 mobile app.

2 Member Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement. bankbank2 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time and will close the account of any user found not to meet this age requirement.

2.2 One Account Per User

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account at bankbank2. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and the freezing of any accumulated balances or bonuses.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Bankbank2 conducts a rigorous Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with legal compliance requirements. You will be required to submit valid identification documents (such as your MyKad or passport) and proof of address upon request. This process protects your account from unauthorised use and ensures the integrity of the platform for all members.

2.4 Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the platform is accurate, complete, and up to date. bankbank2 is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate or outdated information submitted by members.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Payment Methods

Bankbank2 supports a range of local Malaysian payment methods including FPX, DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and online bank transfers. All transactions are processed through secure payment channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

3.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set according to your account level and chosen payment method. The latest limit information is displayed in the Deposit section of your account. bankbank2 reserves the right to adjust these limits with advance notice to the relevant members.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 3 business days subject to the completion of security and KYC checks. First-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding a specified amount may require additional verification to protect the security of your funds. Withdrawals are only permitted to an account or digital wallet held in the same name as the registered bankbank2 account.

3.4 Currency

All transactions on the bankbank2 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Any foreign currency conversion, where applicable, is solely the member's responsibility, and bankbank2 is not liable for any losses arising from exchange rate fluctuations.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

4.1 Wagering Requirements (Rollover)

All bonuses awarded by bankbank2 are subject to the wagering requirements (rollover) stated in the specific terms of each promotion. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly until the wagering requirements have been fully met. The wagering requirements for each offer will be clearly stated on the relevant promotions page.

4.2 One Bonus Per Member

Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per account, device, IP address, and household, unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Any attempt to claim a bonus more than once through multiple accounts will be considered bonus abuse.

4.3 Expiry Period

Unused bonuses will expire automatically after the specified period and cannot be recovered. The expiry period for each bonus is stated in the specific promotion terms and is also displayed on your account dashboard.

4.4 Right to Modify Promotions

Bankbank2 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or bonus program at any time without prior notice, subject to the Company's absolute discretion. Any such changes will not affect bonuses that are currently in the process of fulfilling wagering requirements at the time the change is made.

5 Game Rules

5.1 Game Fairness

All games on the bankbank2 platform use an independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure that game outcomes are random, fair, and cannot be manipulated by any party, including bankbank2 itself.

5.2 Final Results

All completed game results recorded by the system are final. In the rare event of a dispute arising from a technical disruption, bankbank2's server records will serve as the definitive reference for determining the valid outcome.

5.3 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits for each game are displayed within the respective game interface. Members are responsible for reviewing these limits before starting a gaming session. bankbank2 reserves the right to adjust betting limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6 Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on the bankbank2 platform and may result in immediate account closure and freezing of all balances:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any technological means to manipulate game outcomes or exploit the system
• Opening multiple accounts or sharing an account with another individual
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial activity
• Harassing, threatening, or causing harm to other members or bankbank2 staff
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process
• Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system for unfair advantage
• Distributing unlawful, obscene, or seditious content through any communication channel on the platform

7 Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the bankbank2 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, interface designs, text, graphics, software code, games, and marketing materials — is the exclusive property of bankbank2 or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit any content from the bankbank2 platform without prior written consent from the Company. Permitted use is strictly limited to personal, non-commercial purposes only.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

Bankbank2 is fully committed to protecting members' personal data in accordance with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). All data collected is used solely for platform operations, identity verification, and improving the user experience.

9 Limitation of Liability

Bankbank2 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and makes no express or implied warranties regarding its continuous availability, accuracy, or suitability for any particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable Malaysian law, bankbank2 is not liable for:

• Direct or indirect losses caused by technical disruptions or scheduled system maintenance
• Data loss resulting from device failure or internet connectivity issues on the member's end
• Third-party actions beyond the reasonable control of bankbank2
• Losses arising from valid game outcomes that do not involve any technical error

10 Account Suspension & Closure

10.1 Suspension by bankbank2

Bankbank2 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account, with or without prior notice, if there is reasonable cause to believe that a breach of these Terms, fraud, illegal activity, or a threat to platform security has occurred.

10.2 Closure by Member

Members may request account closure at any time by contacting the bankbank2 support team. Prior to closure, all pending bonus wagering requirements will be forfeited, and any eligible real-money balance (excluding bonuses) will be processed for withdrawal upon completion of KYC verification.

10.3 Appeal Process

If your account has been suspended and you believe the action was unjustified, you may submit an appeal through bankbank2's customer support channels. All appeals will be reviewed fairly within 14 working days and the outcome will be communicated to your registered email.

11 Responsible Gaming
